Qualcuno crede nella agricoltura biologica. Tra questi c’è Pasquale, l’apicoltore nomade. Ci sono le api con il loro instancabile lavoro, incuranti della fatica, ad assolvere al diritto del matrimonio nel mondo vegetale. Pasquale trasporta i suoi alveari nel giardino di aranci di proprietà di un amico. Lui pratica l’agricoltura biologica e noi siamo fortunati ad avere un miele siffatto. Aspetto chiaro, odore tipico dei fiori, sapore gradevole, si cristallizza lentamente in cristalli piccoli e medi, cremoso. Si usa per confezionare dolci con le mandorle. È sicuramente uno dei migliori mieli da tavola. Il più adatto a dolcificare il thè con il limone. È antispasmodico e sedativo, da utilizzare per i nervosi, gli ansiosi, in caso di emicrania, di insonnia, di palpitazioni, prima di coricarsi. Ottimo dissetante mescolato col thè ghiacciato.

Außerdem sind da noch die Bienen mit ihrer unermüdlichen Arbeit, unbekümmert aller Mühen, vollziehen sie ihre Aufgabe, die Hochzeit im Pflanzenreich... und dadurch genießen wir das Privileg, einen derartigen Honig zu erhalten. Ein helles Aussehen, mit dem typischen Geruch der Pflanze behaftet, kristalliert er langsam in kleine und mittlere Kristalle, sehr cremig !
Er wird gebraucht bei der Herstellung von Mandelgebäck. Er ist sicherlich einer der besten Honige für den täglichen Gebrauch und am geeignesten , um Tee mit Zitrone zu sußen. Seine Wirkung ist krampflösend und beruhigend. Er eignet sich darum gut fur nervöse, ängstliche und angespannte Patienten, außerdem bei Migräne, Schlaflosigkeit, Herzklopfen (Erregung) vor dem Schlafengehen.
Zusammen mit Eistee ist er ein optimaler Durstlöscher.
