È il miele amaro, color ambrato, quasi grigio verde; amarissimo, quasi disgustoso. Ha cristallizzazione più o meno irregolare. Efficacissimo per gli asmatici (un cucchiaio la sera prima di coricarsi). Per i buongustai: da degustare con il gorgonzola, la toma piemontese stagionta e formaggi molli aromatici e piccanti.

Das ist ein bitterer , bernsteinfarbener, nahezu graugrüner Honig. Sein Geschmack ist besonders bitter, beinahe schlechtschmeckend und er kristallisiert sehr unregelmaßig. Er isr besonders effizient bei Asthma
(1 Loffel vor dem Schlafengehen). Tip für den Gourmet : Abgeschmeckt mit Gorgonzola, mit Toma (Typ.Käse des Piemont) und aromatischen und pikanten Weichkäsesorten.
